The kindergarten students of Dikshant International school nurtured the theme of global citizen and one world by celebrating flag day on 20-Jan-15. Wearing a sache of the country’s name and holding the flag, they did a Flag Parade covering the entire school campus. 30 flags representing different countries of the world were displayed during the Parade. In the spirit of the day they even painted their face with a country’s flag and spread a message of peace and unity. Students concluded their parade by tagging their flags around a peace pillar installed at the school campus which displayed the message “May peace prevails in our communities, on our earth , in our nations and in this world.” Students during this process learnt a valuable lesson of peace and unity amongst the nations of this world.
