Teaching first aid to children provides them with the essential skills that can be life-saving.
Today on ‘World Red Cross Day’ one of our parent volunteers(Consultant Critical Care & Anaesthesiologist
) gave training in first aid to our students. He talked to them about the important steps in giving first aid, precautions to be taken and essential requirements in first aid kits. He also trained them on handling situations involving general breathing problems, Bleeding, Bites and stings, burns, injuries, nose bleeding, electric shocks, heat cramps, Seizures, choking etc.
