Founded in 2002 with just 35 students, Dikshant began with a singular objective: to make individual dreams come true and help students realize their full potential. Today, Dikshant is guided by Mitul Dikshit, an IIM alumnus, and supported by a board of renowned educationists from leading global institutions.

Late Sh. O.N. Dikshit
(1939 – 2007)
The Dikshant Group of Schools reflects the vision of Mr. O.N. Dikshit, a distinguished educationist with nearly four decades of experience at The Scindia School, Gwalior. His career was characterized by a dynamic and revolutionary approach, driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence, a deep thirst for knowledge, and a constant engagement with the latest advancements.
The inspiration behind our logo is the Banyan tree. This amazing plant grows in the region where the soil is not able to support the tree’s heavy branches as it matures. It has learned to compensate for the weakness by growing additional support limbs as the tree branches out. Like the banyan tree, our goal is to provide support to students as they mature into lifelong learners.

To ensure that our mission meets its motive, each student’s course of study is carefully planned and followed. Each term a student progresses at his pace unimpeded by others. Those with outstanding qualities are given opportunities to shine and not rust unfurnished, and others lend a helping hand with understanding to reach their potential. Dikshant was established in the year 2002 with 35 children and a handful of teachers. At Dikshant, we consider it our responsibility to bring out the talents of our students, broaden their interests, and develop their personal qualities.
