Note: Students should reach the school 10 minutes before the first bell. Any one Saturday of the month is off for the students.

Buses operate on all major routes in Panchkula, Zirakpur, and Derabassi.

Children will be picked up and dropped off at designated stops. Door-to-door service is not available except for kindergarten students.

No bus service will be provided for extra classes, improvement classes, or detentions. Parents must
pick up and drop off their children for these activities.

The transport fee will be charged for the entire year. Planning is based on the number of students opting for the facility. Once opted in, the fee will be charged for the entire year regardless of whether the child uses the service or not. Mid-session requests will not be accepted.

Bus service is available in both directions only on the school route.

The non-academic interventions in school include Art, Sports, and club activities. The zero period
occurs every day for one hour, during which students can choose two optional disciplines based on
their aptitude and interests. This allows them to excel in their chosen areas through rigorous, joyful,
and creative engagement with peers who share the same interests. More details about the program
will be available through the school team at the time of admission inquiry.

The school does not offer meal services for students

Our fee structure is transparent; no additional fee is required to be paid through the year other than
the stated fees, except for any voluntary activities like out of town school trips.

Yes, the entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled. All classrooms have projectors for technologically enabled
learning.

We offer the CBSE curricula across our schools.

Yes, the class rooms are air-conditioned to ensure adequate comfort for children in the summer
months.

  • The school session starts from April and ends in March.
  • The fee has to be paid as long as a student’s name is on the school rolls.
  • Fees should be paid by 10th of every month in cash/cheque/online.
  • Fees once paid will not be refunded.

Ensuring the safety of every child at Dikshant is our utmost priority. We have implemented
comprehensive systems and procedures to guarantee the safety of our students both on campus and while commuting on the school bus. Our campus is equipped with electronic monitoring systems and
every measure is taken to provide a safe and nurturing atmosphere for our students to thrive.

Admission Policy

Students who seek admission after having studied in another school will have to produce the
following:

  1. The School Leaving/Transfer Certificate from the school last attended (no pupil will be admitted
    to the school without a Transfer Certificate from the last school which he/ she has attended.)
  2. PEN Number
  3. The report of progress in academics and co-curricular activities in the previous school.
  4. The original birth certificate (no change in the date of birth of the student will be permitted once the
    student is admitted.)
  5. Aadhar Card of the child and parents
  6. Domicile.


Withdrawal Policy

For students who are leaving at the end of the session, the Transfer Certificate should be applied in writing at-least one month in advance. The security amount will be refunded at the end of the session along with the transfer certificate.

  1. In case one-month prior notice is not received before the end of the session, the security amount will not be refunded.
  2. For withdrawal of a student from the school during the session, parents should give at least one month’s notice with payment of full Annual Fee payable by the student for the ongoing session.
  3. If the child is withdrawn in the middle of the session, then the security amount and the fee already paid is non-refundable.
  4. If a parent of newly admitted student/s intends to withdraw his/her ward immediately or before the completion of his/her first academic year, the fee already deposited is non- refundable
