Students of the primary section concluded the ongoing Science and Maths week with a celebration of ‘Man walks on Moon Day’. It was on 20th July in the year 1969, that American astronauts Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin became the first humans to walk on the surface of moon.

Students in a special assembly created a scene of live press coverage after the three astronauts Neil Armstrong, Michael Collins and Edwin Aldrin Jr. returned from their historic space journey. Dressed up in space suits and standing next to their space ship, they answered some very interesting questions to the enacting reporters. They also enriched everyone with some un-said facts about Apolo-11 mission.
