To sensitize children on the challenges being faced by people of north east, a live concert was organized at Dikshant International School on 22-Jan-15. The concert was lead by ‘T’ Tlingli Jongte from ‘The Blue Rainow Band’ whose repertoire includes pop, Jazz, Gospel and soft rock. The concert was managed by Mr. Baljit Malik, a musician and educator retired after working with some of the prominent schools of the country. He is currently involved in spreading the message of love and happiness for the people of country especially those of north east, through the medium of music. Students during their interaction with him raised queries related to life of people in north east and challenges faced by them.
