The 16th Annual Day of Dikshant International School

“BEING ON STAGE IS ABOUT SELF ESTEEM AND SELF CONFIDENCE”- Jake Miller The 16th Annual Day of the Senior Wing of Dikshant International School was celebrated at Inderdhanush Auditorium, Sector 5, Panchkula. The gala event began with the students performing Shiv Stuti with grace and splendour followed by the prize distribution ceremony. Avid readers who have shown interest in literary classics were honoured with the Gold and Silver Reader awards under the DEAR (Drop Everything and Read ) programme. The highlight of the evening was the performance of the iconic musical The Sound of Music, one of the world’s best-loved musicals. The play brought forth the brilliant acting skills of the students as they portrayed with ease the reality of Austria just before the beginning of the Second World War. The dance performances were brimming with energy and held the audience enthralled.
